Yes. Bundle discounts apply automatically in the cart when you order two or three books, and you can mix photo books and magazines. The exact percentages are shown on each product page and in your cart.

Orders go to production shortly after they are confirmed, and cannot be changed or canceled once printing has started. If you spot a problem, contact us straight away with your order number and we will do what we can.

Phone photos work well for most layouts. The editor warns you when an image is too small for its frame, so there are no surprises in print.

Very close. Screens are backlit and each one is set up differently, so small color differences between screen and print are normal and are not a defect. Books are printed at 300 dpi.

Books are printed within 3–5 business days (lay-flat books may take up to 7), then sent with tracked delivery in 2–5 business days. Allow 5 to 10 business days in total: an order placed today should arrive between Oct 23 and Oct 30.

Because every book is personalized, we cannot accept returns for typos or photo choices in your own design. Please check the preview carefully before ordering.

Books are made to order from your photos, so the 14-day right of withdrawal in the EU and the UK does not apply to them. Your legal rights for faulty goods, including the Australian consumer guarantees, are not affected.

Payment is handled by Stripe on a secure page. Major credit and debit cards are accepted, and other methods such as Apple Pay or Google Pay appear when they are available for your device and country. We never see or store your card number.

Photos are used only to print your products. They are deleted 90 days after your last activity unless you keep them in a saved project, and you can ask us to delete your data at any time by writing to hello@memoryheld.com.
